This 367-card first series was released in November, 2004 while the 366 card second series was issued in April. The set was issued in 10-card hobby/retail packs with a $2 SRP which came 36 packs to a box and 12 boxes to a case. These cards were also issued in 35-card HTA packs with a $5 SRP which came 20 packs to a box and two boxes to a case. Please note that card number 7 was not issued. In addition, the following subsets were issued in the first series: Managers (267-296); First year cards (297-326); Prospects (327-331); Season Highlights (332-336); League Leaders (337-348); Post-Season (349-355); AL All-Stars (356-367). In addition, card number 368, which was not on the original checklist, honored the Boston Red Sox World Championship. Subsets in the second series included Team Cards (638-667); First Year players (668-687); Multi player prospect cards (688-694); Award Winners (695-718); NL All-Stars (719-730) and World Series Cards (731-734).
